Migena Agaraj is a Global Focused Connector, Business Matchmaker, Founder & CEO of Eagles MA LLC, a Consulting Firm focusing on Business Solutions. In addition she is an Investor, 10X Certified Business Advisor Mentor and Trainer, TV Host & Associate Producer of America's Real Deal, Inspirational Global Speaker, Best-Selling Author, Capital Raiser. I was born and raised in Fier, Albania and moved to New York City in 2003. I live with my parents and my brother. I graduated from Hunter College with an Economics Degree, double minored in Italian and History. Fluent in five languages. Twenty + years of combined experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, Recruiting, HR, Class A Commercial Office Space Real Estate, Business Development, Operations, Client Relations, Capital Raising. Today, I am the founder and CEO of Eagles MA LLC, a consulting company providing business and real estate solutions, a conduit and business matchmaker. A 3 time bestselling author, inspirational speaker, 10X business mentor, TV host and associate producer for the investment TV show~ America’s Real Deal.
