We create a global culinary concept of a restaurant featuring County Fair food, and once again ask for no remuneration, except for free bacon on a stick for life. Part of our overall vision which includes rezoning neighborhoods as exact replicas of streets from past eras, complete with period stores, restaurants, dress and prices.
