Secret #28: Funnel Audibles

So let’s say you launched your first funnel and it’s not working — what do you do next? Should you change the ad copy? Should you change your price? Should you change your ad? What exactly should you do?

Russell calls the solution framework Funnel Audibles. Now, I’m not exactly sure how Russell and his team came up with the term “audibles”, or what it is referring to, but my first impression was Russell on his Voxer sending voice messages to his Inner Circle coaching group on feedback on their new funnels.

The thing is, even a marketing titan like Russell Brunson doesn’t make a funnel go to the moon on first try. It takes multiple iterations, buying data, analyzing where the funnel “holes” are. This applies in my experience as well. It might take 10 tries, but once you hit a winning funnel or a winning product, it can generate more revenue than the 10 previous funnels in a day.

To recap:

  1. Figure out exactly who your Dream Customer is
  2. Where are your DC’s already congregating?
  3. What hooks can you throw out that will reel in your DC’s? What stories can you tell that will increase the perceived value of your offer?
  4. After getting their attention, how can you build a relationship with them using your Attractive Character so that you can ascend them up your value ladder and serve them at the highest level?
  5. Pick a spot in your value ladder to serve your DC’s and select which funnel type to create
  6. After you have the funnel structure built, plug in your videos, headline, and scripts into the pages
  7. Launch your funnel with the same amount of money it would take to acquire one customer.
  8. Do A/B testing to push for more profitability
  9. Keep creating new ads
  10. After your first funnel hits a million dollars in revenue, work on the next funnel in your value ladder. Email your existing customers about this next funnel and include this as your funnel stack on top of your first funnel
  11. Repeat steps 6,7,8 until it makes another million dollars.
  12. Pick another funnel in your value ladder to create
