Clyde is a partner in Foley’s Milwaukee office with a practice focused on a broad spectrum of corporate transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, and securities reporting and compliance. In this discussion, Clyde reflects on growing-up in Norwalk, CT, attending college at William and Mary, earning his M.B.A. at the University of Connecticut and earning his J.D. from Columbia Law School. He also shares about his path to law school, one that included a variety of jobs, and transferring to Columbia.
