We are all guilty of envying others from time to time -- whether it is what they have, what they look like, how their career is going, etc. However, constantly comparing yourself to others -- especially in your fitness journey -- can really have a negative impact on your life and mental health.


Kylie and Kara open up about their struggles with comparison syndrome, why comparing your journey (in any aspect) to others is a waste of time, and how they work to combat it in their own lives. They also provide some tips and real talk to try to help listeners get on the other side of it as well.
