Deb Goss, Director of Survey Compliance, examines 2018 first quarter health center survey activity with the new Requirements of Participation and the new Long Term Care Survey Process.  The number of deficiencies, as well as commonly cited deficiencies, are discussed.  New deficiency citations with some insight into new processes are offered as well.
