- Hormone profile, Sleep, Nutrition, Gut health, Brain health, Mental Stability, Emotional Stability, Exercise Habits, Daily Habits, Stress levels, Ability to down regulate, Ability to down regulate, blood markers, Heart Rate Variability, Respiratory rate, Pain levels/tolerance, Happiness

We also talked about Kye's vacation and how you can have a good strong base of protection but when you do things that we know we are not supposed to do, we have to face the consequences.
