Information tends to date itself for an individual. What made sense even a week ago to me, can no longer be useful or even correct today.
When I make blogs, podcasts or protocols, typically they make 100% to me at that time. Then after several weeks, months or years later then can render themselves obsolete to me based on my growth. That doesn't mean those resources are no longer good, in fact, they might be perfect for someone that reads them at that time, yet for me, I have changed and the information was a stepping stone to get to a new learning.
Take a quick listen. It's important to continue to keep information from the past as it could help people where ever they are today but also can show you where you came from.
