Hey friend!

On today's QuickTalk I have four tangible steps to help you stay focused on your goals for 2022 while minimizing the overwhelm that may creep up in the process.

If you're anything like me, you came into 2022 ready to rock but then life got in the way & all of a sudden it's mid-January & you've had a moment of "oh my god! I haven't accomplished anything!"

First of all , breathe! Second of all, press play on this episode to hear my tangible tips.

1) Identify where you're feeling depleted mentally, emotionally, physically &/or spiritually. (I suggest just focusing on one area).
2) Select 1 or 2 things you could do to elevate your energy in the area you identified in step 1.
3) What steps would you need to take to implement the thing you know would elevate your energy?
4) Give yourself grace.  You're not going to accomplish every goal over night, nor should you expect to.  

Just breathe & follow these steps.  I promise the overwhelm will dissipate & you will feel that "go for it!" vibe you felt when the clock struck midnight on New Years Eve.

Remember, friend, this is a marathon, not a sprint.  You're still going to grow & evolve this year.  I promise.
