They also cover the new CSX permit issued by MDE to install a windscreen to minimize coal dust. Kipp provides updates to the completed renovation of Pier 4 in Fairfield and the owner of the Dali has filed a lawsuit against the shipbuilder alleging defective electrical equipment.
