What year is it? Through 10 games, the 2019 Texas Rangers have either been very fun or very frustrating to watch, much akin to the Rangers teams of the early 00s. We’ve got interleague play coming up, sandwiched by two off days (thank goodness). Ronald Guzman is probably going to miss about a month, and so our dumb fan brains ponder why Gallo can’t keep raking at first base, and let Calhoun play LF in Arlington. Finally, Edinson Volquez might be forced to retire, and other pitchers have been ohsosobad, so perhaps we can keep a closer eye on the starters taking care of business on the farm. Go Rangers!
