Jacob recounts the morning after the hurricane when neighbors went from strangers to helpers & friends. We talk accounting for our team after the storm, getting boots on the ground to start cleaning up, showing our kids what people do in times like this, what we will do when the next hurricane comes our way, plus more.

We wrap up the episode by announcing the postponement of Training Day, which was due to happen on October 14th, and why we were torn on postponing it at all - plus options for ticket holders.
