Trained in Ayurveda in New York and New Jersey, and in herbal medicine through years of study and lived experience, she learned to see the body not as something to fix—but as a map to follow. Her time studying with Dr. Vasant Lad and a transformative journey to India brought her into deeper relationship with the medicine of stopping, letting go, and listening within. Today, she shares the tools that helped her heal—so others can feel grounded, nourished, and at peace in themselves.
