Three of our heroes find themselves somewhere new and unexpected. In a blank void with only one door out, Salem, Lisette and Rex try to ascertain why they are here. And when their mysterious “benefactor” reveals herself, several questions remain unanswered. But don’t worry, because she wants to help. And what better way to help than by providing a training opportunity? And against a beholder, no less? I’m sure it’s just a simulation and nothing will actually go wrong. Right?
