Susan has over 35 years in banking and financial services, especially as a Bank Executive. She has extensive experience in the financial sector, specifically with all facets of the credit card business; leading a $100B online deposit business, including P&L management, operations, customer relations, digital banking, internet marketing, fraud countermeasures and advanced strategies, vendor management, credit card fulfillment, card personalization, PCI data security and AI/Machine Learning. Effective and increasing leadership over the years within companies and teams of all sizes across multiple locations, both domestic and living/working internationally.

Susan also opened her own Executive Consulting firm so that, assisting with projects for large and small financial institutions, participating in RFPs, business development, project planning, solving business challenges and executive mentoring. In addition, Susan has been working with several FinTech’s, which is extremely rewarding, including, banking applications, auto industry focused, online products and working with a fintech from the Czech Republic to assist in their planning, business development and launch in the US.
