Today on the podcast we have a conversation with, Shannon Kiser, of Fresh Expressions, and their mission to cultivate faith communities outside, and alongside, the local church. 

Shannon works with Fresh Expressions as Director of Training, where she leads mission strategists and trainers in the development and implementation of the Mission Shaped Ministry through Pioneer Learning Communities. Shannon is also a pastor on staff with Riverside Church in Sterling VA and actively involved in directing a coaching network of communities that support pioneer leaders. Shannon is married to her husband, Patrick, and has teenage daughters.
