Deeds is the owner of a pizza shop in some "hick-ass" town called Mandrake Falls. He learns that he is the inheritance of $40 billion....yes that's billion with a "B." In order to acquire his money, he is flown to New York City where he learns that life in the big city is full of shitty people that either want to smear his name, make fun of him or take advantage of him. Not everyone he meets has malignant intentions; some merely want to assist with his sock change.
