The panel discusses the NAR Code of Ethics Article12 dealing with advertising. One of the top ethics complaints received to the board has dealt with violations in advertising and marketing that do not disclose brokerages. Realtors are obligated to communicate in their marketing and advertisements a true picture of what they sell and how they present themselves.
