It’s the very 55th episode of Forsaken Cinema Podcast!!! This week, Mel and Chuck are joined by our friend Will and Sideshow Mike!! We get into the new film “The Djinn” and while it’s a competently made film with decent acting and a sorta cool premise, we all agreed that it just fell flat on it’s delivery and ultimately failed to go any further (figuratively or literally) than a little 2 bedroom apartment. We then get into Will and my favorite zombie movie “28 Days Later” and during our conversation, we learn that Sideshow Mike’s lifelong fear of zombies began with this film! Crazy. So this is a loooooong episode with lots of bunny trails and distractions, conversations about bidets, Melissa’s love for big red demon men, a small peek into Chuck’s weird childhood, and much much more.
