Locke grabs a man by his hairy ballsack.  I’m not sure that anything else needs to be said after that.

Oh…yeah…I guess we find out who is Locke’s “magical daddy” as well….

Predictions: 

* Patience is telling mostly the truth about Locke’s “past.”

* Locke’s obsession with red hair is because his “predecessor” wife had “red hair” when she died and was bleeding from the head.  Images of that memory are sitting with Locke on some sort of soul level for Locke.

* Patience was there when Lamor Acanthus’ wife died.
