 In Episode 55  Lynn Morstead and Kelli Soika talk about some of the challenges and benefits of making consensus based decisions. The inspiration for this topic came from Lynn's participation in a 5-week training course on Consensus for Cooperative Groups, hosted by the Foundation for Intentional Communities being taught by Laird Schaub.
