(1)  BLACK WIDOW (Worst Temper in a Non-Legal Setting)

A New York lawyer was suspended for three years for attacking fellow subway riders in two separate incidents over a six-month period.

2)  FRIDAY (Best Original Excuse)

An Iowa lawyer was held in contempt and fined $5,000 for fabricating a story about being hospitalized with back pain in order to obtain a continuance and then blaming the misleading communication on his "confused" wife / legal assistant.

3)  BIG EYES (Archie Bunker Award)

A British Columbia lawyer was suspended for 4 1/2 months for engaging in repeated acts of sexual harassment and making several racially-insensitive comments to his employees.

4)  3 STRIKES (Most Creative Tale)

A Georgia lawyer was disbarred for communicating with a person represented by counsel and then lying about it.
