Andy Davies is a HR professional, consultant and facilitator who has operated as a senior management in several sectors; Higher Education, Defence, Civil Service and Local Government. Andy has worked at Board level as a strategic advisor in an organisation with over 2000 employees and been successfully managed department budgets in excess of £5m.
Andy has provided expert employment law advice on restructures, disciplinary cases, grievances and recruitment issues to managers and Directors. His expertise also includes designing many successful strategies and systems for Recruitment, Reward, Management Development, Performance Management and HR Workshops.
In 2016, Andy moved to the People First global operations team and has developed the implementation methodology for a new global HR system. He is now leading the Global Enablement team to help partners to implement People First across the UK, US and Asia. Andy holds an MSc in Human Resource Management, an MBA and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD. Additionally, Andy was MHR’s Consultant of the Year for both 2015 & 2016.
