Cindy Pharis, she is the owner of LiveOak Evaluation Consulting. She started her career in substance use prevention twenty-six years ago in Texas as a professional training coordinator. Since 2012 she has been honing her interest in evaluation and accountability of prevention efforts and launched her own practice in 2015.  According to Cindy she has always been excited by turning data into stories of impact and change.
