 Bre Brown is an Improvisor living in Pittsburgh who has lived quite a life so far. We talk about her leaving her teaching job she loved, and moving to Chicago to pursue acting. Bre talks to me about how acting has always been the dream, but life and low confidence got in the way much of the time. Bre and I also discuss growing up as anxious and sensitive kids, our low self esteem hindering our passions, and how to rein in the negative thoughts through the magic of great therapy. This was a lovely chat mixed with a therapy session and I love it. Bre was awesome to finally chat with. Enjoy
