It's important to apply what is being learned. In this episode, tools are given to evaluate one's progress after taking the 30 days of this prescription. 

How wonderful to do as Paul is asking for people to do. Those belonging to God, to lift up holy hands in prayer without anger or disputing. How can we have holy hands if we are angry with one another who are on the same team? It leads to destruction. 

I had to add Psalm 149 because we are told God gives us a weapon to use.
