In this week’s episode Broderick is in conversation with Tom Shelby. Tom is an expert dog trainer with a specialty in search and rescue dogs and nearly four decades of experience and over 800 training appointments a year. Because of his dog Michelle's success in finding missing people, he was asked to join the Rockland County Sheriff's Department. He taught group classes for New York City's Humane Society and Bide-A-Wee and was a Speaker at the Berkshire SAR (Search and Rescue) Conference. For many years, Tom judged best-in-show and obedience at the Annual Martha's Vineyard Dog Show.
