The sad truth behind this episode is that we ALL know Travel Company's main and sole goal is to make money.  But how do they accomplish that goal so effectively?  If in fact, their true mission is to serve you and to take care of you as you "traveler," then why are so many agencies focusing on higher margins, false rules about hours 36 to 40 and BS overtime compensation and even commission plans that are effectively and specifically designed to put more money in THEIR pockets and less in YOURS?  In today's episode, if nothing else, we at least are going to have an open discussion about Travel Company's Goals, and we're going to talk about ways in which many different companies accomplish those goals so effectively.
