On episode 56 of Beyond Labels & Limitations, John Graybill shares some of the things that suck and have sucked regarding being diagnosed with a physical disability such as Limb Girdle Muscular Dystrophy. John looks at areas of dating, walking, getting up from a chair, climbing stairs, rolling over in bed, being dependent on others to help you and what the future holds for you. John gives examples in these areas where he got stuck and solutions on how to get out of them. What John learned was that looking at what sucks in your life is not the way to live an enjoyable one. Yes life can suck but don't get stuck there, tomorrow is another day.
