With so many multiple offers on so many listings, buyers are trying all sorts of ways to get their contracts accepted. Today, we talk about escalation clauses... Or, "My offer will be 5K higher than the highest offer" type options.  Many have tried no contingencies, or waiving appraisals, so this seems to be the next thing we are hearing about.
