🎓 After teaching in higher education for more than a decade inside the US & globally, I've witnessed & painfully experienced how our educational system is NOT preparing our students for the future. Students lack the 21st-century knowledge, skills, & mindset to create career success. The old model is no longer sufficient to serve our students in a constantly disrupted & technology-oriented world. Just having academic degrees is NO LONGER sufficient for career success.
