Today marks the 1 year anniversary of the launch of the platform! To celebrate this special day Alec invited Max DeLashmutt on as a guest. Max was the very first guest on the platform! The two had an organic conversation about this past year and the growth in each others lives. Max is still teaching math in Vietnam but is about to make a big change in his life. The Let's Talk It Out platform is now recognized as an official business in the state of Illinois. Lastly Max and Alec shared insight on how being told to "man up" or keep from expressing feelings causes men to grow up and be more inclined to anger as a primary emotion.
