Caroline Brunne comes onto the podcast to discusses her experience of child sexual abuse at the hands of her father, and the experiences she has gone through in recent times with the release of her memoir and sharing her story publicly. In this episode specifically we discuss what it was like for Caroline stepping away from the shiny facade she created when she decided to release this story and finally reveal her story to her loved ones.

It speaks to the reality of trauma, and also the power we have to transform and heal. It is a story of one courageous woman, who despite carrying decades of shame, chose to own her voice. In doing so, she is paving the way for survivors to own their voice, and live a life of courageous intention.
