Jean-Paul Sartre’s Anti-Semite and Jew is a commentary which gives great insight into the mind of the anti-Semite in France before the conclusion of World War Two. Sartre’s essay attempts to address the so-called “Jewish question”. Despite its inadequacies, it is a good piece to center around a discussion of anti-Semitism, why it exists, and why it is important to address for all people.
