Once again Mr Bill has graced us with his presence and some absolutely FANTASTIC beverages! Starting off with a mead (or rather Metheglin to be proper...) that he brewed with some unique honey and spice. Starting into some stories about social games and some interesting tales from the airport of both Johnny and Jim, this one is another very brewing related episode with a lot of mead brewing, technique and ingredient discussions. Yet another VERY important rule for homebrewing is discussed in this episode as well that everyone says in unison (seriously we did not practice OR plan that!) before moving back to brewing talk. This is a longer than normal episode so after a brief break to make some donations, the guys all get right back into the wonderful meads of Mr. Bill! Seriously, thanks again sir! Post break the levels in the beverages start to catch up to the guys and the show gets them back to the usual BS you all know and love!!
