Pedro previously worked at The Athletic covering the Dodgers, as well as the LA Times, Orange County Register, and at ESPN.com. The conversation  starts with the foundation of wanting to be a writer at an early age and working full time during his college years to cover USC sports for ESPN.com. The second half of the interview covers Pedro's love of baseball, the problems with the current state of the game, and his optimism for its future.
