Louca Bell, a young Haitian designer from Cap-Haitien, whose creations have been featured on several runways in Miami and Haiti. Starting at 15 years old Louca Bell has been involved in various fashion shows and in a short time has grown into a true artist. She draws her inspiration from her own culture and creates a truly colorful fusion of Caribbean styles and modern Haute couture. Her designs offer both a classy yet edgy feel.
