Should I Keep This?

Episode 58: Shelley McLendon

Listen Later

Comedian Shelley McLendon and Sam discuss how making a prop can create a deep attachment to it and the potential joy in using old props and costumes in everyday life like it’s completely normal.  This week’s props: A Horse’s Ass and a Worriers Vest.

Did Shelley bring a second prop? Did Sam say Septar instead of Centar because she just loves that sketch team?  You’d better listen closely to this one!

Shelley McLendon is a comedic writer and performer in Portland, Oregon. She’s a Co-producer of the Portland Sketch comedy Festival which is heading into it’s 8th year.  And she’s the Owner and artistic director of the The Siren Theater  which just celebrated its 10th anniversary.  Follow her @shellsmcbells on Instagram and apply to Portland Sketchfest!
