Calling all people pleasers!
Have you ever felt the need to apologize for just… existing?
We have.
It’s so common to preface or end our statements with “sorry.” What are we so sorry for? Most of the time we are apologizing out of habit, not because we actually have anything to be sorry about.
If you’re anything like us, you’ve been conditioned to apologize. For everything. All of the time. But the reality is, we don’t need to apologize for existing.
We don’t need to apologize for asking questions.
In today’s episode, we discuss:
It’s hard to change our habits, and this is an especially tough one. But if we can tackle this and stop apologizing so much, we can see great leaps and bounds in our confidence, belief in ourselves, and how other people treat us.
We challenge you to recognize when you apologize out of habit this week. The first step to change is becoming aware. You’ll notice yourself make changes just from this one step.
We truly hope you enjoy today’s conversation. If you find this episode valuable, please share it with a friend. Your support helps our show grow and for that, we cannot thank you enough!
