Marilyn Monroe was the icon of the 50s and darling of the nation. She is remembered today for her beauty, her singing and her iconic films. But what many people don't remember is that she was in the middle of a political scandal that may have led to her death. Officially declared a suicide, the manner of death is speculated to this day with rumors of murder, a hit from the mob or assassination by the FBI for her association with the Kennedys.
