How do you come to be named? Are you named for a famous movie star or a favorite relative? Did you come to be named because your parents agreed on a particular name? Maybe you were named after an element of nature, such as Winter. Naming can dictate the course of our lives and actions. The real question for today is what is that name that is written on your heart? What name did God give you? Who are you, in God’s name?
