There is a flood of refugees arriving in Armenia because of the war in Ukraine. But these aren't Ukrainian, by and large. Over 120,000 Russians have fled here since the start of the war. Most of them are vehemently against the war, too. But many Armenians are avoiding taking a stand against Russia because they know their tiny country relies on Russian peacekeepers for safety from Azerbaijan.
