In this Episode we discuss feeling lonely. All of us experience loneliness at times but when we are dealing with grief, loneliness can feel more intense. Even more so as a survivor of suicide loss. 

Many of us are confused with what the word lonely really means and sometime our very use of the word can create self defeating dialogue within ourselves. There is a big difference between using it as a character description instead of an emotion that we feel. 

In this episode we will discuss how to rephrase the word, deal with feeling alone, and how to overcome loneliness in our lives.
