On this week's episode of Riseupworldwide, it was our "Snowed in" edition. Both G Dott & Dr. Te called in via telephone. The Nor'Easter was no where near as bad as anticipated, but nonetheless GDott complained of the amount of shoveling he had to do. The "Good Dr.'s Opinion"  stressed the value of being productive on a snow day. GDott's "Diversity University" talked about the recent passing of a broadcast legend, and how we need more brothers in the broadcasting field.

 

In the second hour, Joe Boss's "Invest in Yourself" tip talked about risks versus guarantees; both in money management & in life. Joe then started a discussion on race by asking "can black people be racists?" GDott went in about the black people's inability to be racists because we have never had the ability to oppress another race or nationality. He also shared "Sports with GDott" including the ode to Biggie Smalls at the Brooklyn Nets Game & the beginning of the NCAA tournament. "Spice up your Life" with Joe Boss talked about how to keep your woman happy with love languages, including quality time. Joe says it doesn't have to be anything extravagant, it could be the simple things that reaffirms your love.
