Some of her runners will be running their first 5ks, some will be running their first 8ks, and many will be doing their first EVER Half Marathon! BUT the inevitable question that will come up, especially after the Half Marathon, is "What should I do next?" Join Tina while she answers that question and explains how to continue training so that running can be a part of your life beyond one training cycle. She talks about the flow of running and how to take care of your body so that it will continue to run for you throughout the entire year.
