But other than that, there's not much to worry about.

If horror and paranoia are more your style we've got Shadowmoor. Things wanting to kill or eat you are actually everywhere. In fact, one of the only safe parts of this world is...well, the friendly elves that are out to preserve beauty. Everything else either hates you, is terrified of you, wants to eat you, or is just mean and wants to kill you simply because you're there.
