Resident Evil 8 is out and there might be a few parallels with the highly maligned Resident Evil 6 from 2012. A swan song of the old Action Adventure and corny action movie departure the Survival Horror franchise dips into Resident Evil 6 dove head first into a bunch of different types of game play and came out a bad Frankenstein's monster that satisfied no long term fans of the past games.
