The regional Oireachtasi from around the globe have finished and it's important to reflect after each major championship. As the leader of your studio, the data that comes from your regional championship is valuable for strengthening your program, setting new goals, and evaluating changes to make. I'll talk you through my 2018 Oireachtas experience and share the reflections I've made to help you do the same for your school.
