The Oakland County Child Killer is back for one more terrible killing. Young Timothy King knows to watch for strangers, but is still abducted, held for days, and found killed. This time the victim is found over the Wayne County border, bringing entirely new investigative teams into the fold. The task force seems hard at work investigating this, and then they shut down, seemingly at random. What's going on here? Is anyone going to catch the Oakland County Child Killer?
