Becca shared for the first time in Episode 7 of Season 1. At that time, she shared about the journey with her mom following a diagnosis with dementia, and that even though her mom was still present physically, she already felt like a daughter without a mom.

Becca's mom, Marilyn, passed away in December of 2021. In this follow-up episode, Becca shares about the end of her mom's journey, and how their family did their best to honor the person that her mom was before the diagnosis at her celebration of life.
